CLEANING AND SAFETY
The home is cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19. Bookings at this home include a 24-hr buffer between guest stays through Dec. 2020.
We are disinfecting high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, remote controls, rails, and cabinet knobs.
We provide pump bottles of hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen. Thorough hand-washing for at least 20 seconds remains one of the most important precautions.
We have cleaning products along with the dishwashing and laundry detergents in the house for use during your stay.
We have optional contactless check-in or a team member wearing a mask, gloves, and practicing social distancing can greet and tour you upon arrival. As you wish.
LOCATION AND EXTERIOR
It is conveniently located with a 50-second walk to Baby Beach. The home is decked out with a PRIVATE POOL and BBQ. It provides large decks with daybeds for lounging, reading, meditating, or just taking in the views of the West Maui mountains, the famous Lahaina sunsets, and a variety of birds and flowers – and that’s just on the outside.
LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN
A serene and comfortable living area with a large screen television, two elegant daybeds, travertine floors with rich and colorful rugs. The room shares an open area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, island/bar that seats 4, filtered drinking water and ice system, and has a full complement of cooking utensils, dishes, cookware, and serving bowls.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed outfitted with an organic memory foam mattress and organic sheets and pillows. There is an air filtration system, ceiling fan, and air conditioner as well to complete the package that earns this room the title of “Sanctuary.” The first-floor guest bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, along with a queen-size bed that overlooks and opens out onto the pool. The guest room lends itself to a relaxing night’s sleep atop the memory foam mattress pad.

From the Bali mermaid that hangs over the king-size bed to the turquoise accents, the room radiates a tropical vibe in harmony with this beach house home. The wide-open room with vaulted ceilings offers a comfortable sitting area, flat-screen TV (great area for kids or teens to enjoy their own special movie or game night), a fully-stocked 3/4 kitchen with its own refrigerator, and a cozy dining table that seats 4. LOCATION AND BEACH
We are 1-minute walking distance from Baby Beach, a top choice for the locals of Maui. Its popularity is derived from the fact that the water is almost always warm, calm, and suitable for swimming. It is also reef-protected water, which creates amazing snorkeling and child-friendly conditions. The home is in a private and quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to downtown Lahaina with its many amazing restaurants, galleries, ice cream shops, the Cannery Mall, Safeway, and Foodland. From the wharf in Lahaina, you can also catch the ferry to nearby Lanai or go for a whale watch on one of the many daily excursions. There is ample private, off-street parking for two vehicles. If you choose not to rent a car, there is a bus system that is very affordable and taxi services. For those of you who would like to meet the locals, Maui now has a network of Uber drivers who can get you to your destination and fill you in on some “must-see” sights.

SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION OF SHORT-TERM (vacation) RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:
a) Quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. The sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area;
b) Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
c) Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
d) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur; and
e) Occupancy is for 2 guests per bedroom including children of all ages.
f) The house is not available for parties that include outside guests or violate the noise ordinances of the neighborhood.
