Luxury 3 Level Beach House located in Gulls Nest, North Bethany Beach's most prestigious, gated community subdivision. Just steps to Private Beach with life guards on duty. Everything you can possibly imagine provided for the beach including, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and more!
Spacious house with three magnificent sun decks (with screened in porch). This house will only be rented for two weeks in 2024! It is absolutely gorgeous and unlike any other property. It is not your typical rental! This house could easily rent for $10,000/week or more. We are looking for two 7 day rentals in June and have reduced the price for you! Enjoy relaxing beach days, fresh seafood, great shopping, and tons of outdoor activities at your home away from home.

On the ground level there is a Ping Pong table, foosball table, inside fitness equipment, two outside showers, and more! This incredible home is also fully equipped with a professionally sized Pool table for your entertainment, lots of TV’s, and free WiFi.

If you are looking for an authentic laid back beach town vibe, Bethany Beach is for you! Stay secluded and relaxed at this home just steps to the Beach or head out to the famous Bethany Boardwalk for shopping, strolls on the Boardwalk and so much more!

Fantastic Trip to Bethany Beach

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Hosts were extremely communicative leading up to our check-in process and spared no detail making sure we were prepared for our trip. The property itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Proximity to the private beach was perfect, and our group had a great time.

Wonderful stay until it was time to leave!

My family has rented in Bethany Beach for the past 22 years and never have we been treated in such an accusatory manner. On check in day, we were told that for what ever reason the recycling had not come and cleared from the previous renters. We said that was no biggie and that we would make sure recycling got out when we were there our week. Because of this, the recycle can was over flowing and my mom mentioned that we’re were bottles and such in the trash cans numerous times. I will get back to this in a minute. While the owner showed us around the home, she mentioned that she was not having the greatest of days. My husband helped her with the stairs, carried her bags outside for her and my mother got her snacks in hopes to get her to feel better. We had a lovey stay during the week. No issues on our end. I sent the owner a text thanking her for a wonderful week and I was shocked at the response I got back. She first opened and told me how worried she was all week of the condition her home would be left in after she saw our big trucks pull into her driveway on Saturday! Ok, I brushed this one off. She then said how she and her handy man were so upset and were accusing us of having spit chewing tobacco all over her decks and walls in the game room. I assured her that was not us nor what the marks were. Her handy man was all but yelling at us accusing us otherwise saying he chewed tobacco and knows what that looks like. I told her all week her flower pots that she has irrigated leaked brown residue on the desks and she said that wasn’t what it was. Without any photographic evidence I told her that I was in Rehobeth and would be happy to drive back to see what they were talking about. She later changed her tone and said it was no big deal, she shouldn’t have said anything and that we were the best tenants she’s had! What?? The next day, I get another text with a photo of her and her husband going through our garbage saying that she has to sort through all of our recycling! Flashback from day 1 to recycling story and the previous renters. Those recyclables weren’t even ours!! She then took a picture of a bottle filled with cigarette butts from my father-in-law. Once again we were scolded for this. As per her rules-no smoking in house/on porches, my father-in-law smoked all week in the driveway. My family left her home in excellent condition and we were shocked at how this trip concluded. I have never been treated this way in all my life. Disappoint

Great Bethany Stay

Wonderful house. One block from the Ocean. Artfully decorated. Third trip to Bethany. All lovely homes but this is the best one yet. Jocelyne (owner) is one of the nicest people you will meet. Extremely accommodating.

Beautiful home, wonderful for families! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

This is a beautiful home for families with plenty to do from pool to ping pong to beach time to relaxing on the hammock with a good book. Less than a block to the beach and the house comes stocked with chairs and a wagon to haul stuff to and from the beach. The house is immaculately clean, beautifully kept, and well stocked, Jocelyne is amazing and such a fantastic host!!
