A few meters from the greenway Ojos Negros and only 40 minutes drive from Valencia and its beaches, is El Olivo, a large country house in Navajas (Castellón), surrounded by natural parks and washed by the Palancia river. This is an old farmhouse renovated by architect Eva Vila Verdú, keeping the architectural style that designed its founder, Uncle Campillo, in the last century. The house retains its essence and is equipped with all amenities. 4 double rooms and 1 single room can accommodate up to 9 people. It has 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Has all the amenities (wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV ...) integrated with its rural origin. It has been totally isolated from the cold mountain and has underfloor heating. The thick walls keep it cool in summer.

Its more than 2 000 m2 of gardens and orchard welcome fruit and ornamental trees, swings, loungers, barbecue, Moorish oven ... and in summer you can enjoy the saltwater pool (salt water chlorination). A place for rest can leave to spend time in good company, but always providing a corner for privacy.

It is a 10 minute walk to the Salto de la Novia, an impressive natural landscape full of waterfalls and bathing in the river Palancia. It is surrounded by mountains and natural parks ideal for hiking, horseback riding or canoeing.

What can be done?

- Hiking: Ojos Negros greenway; natural parks of Sierra Espadán and Sierra Calderona.

- Skiing: The ski Javalambre and Valdelinares Teruel are about 90 km.

- Riding: There is a riding school in Navajas.

- Go to the beach: The coast is about 40 km.

El Olivo is a part of the house El Campillo, which is rented by halves to make it more affordable to small groups. But the rest of the house is not rented when occupied El Olivo.

It is located in Navajas, a small village with about 800 registered inhabitants, of which live about 300 in winter. He noted for its beautiful natural landscapes and the majestic and ancient elm (planted in 1636) which presides over the main square. In the streets around the homes of neighbors and breathtaking mansions vacationers are arranged. In the village shops everything you need, including butcher shops that cater to the farms of the municipality it is achieved. Segorbe (4 km) there are several supermarkets. A 10 minutes from the house, is the train station that connects with the center of Navajas Valencia several times a day (and vice versa).
