We’re delighted to welcome into our portfolio this very large family home on a quiet residential road, an easy walk to Fulham Broadway tube station. With abundant space indoors and out, it will suit families and larger groups in great comfort.
Living & Eating
A large eat in kitchen sits on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, as you’d expect, with all the amenities for family meals, and the open plan dining area offers lots of space. Adjoining this room is the spacious sitting room, with high ceilings, fireplace, and TV. The basement also has a kitchen/utility room with cooking facilities, and a very large playroom.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home can sleep a total of eight guests. The basement has a bedroom with a UK king size (5ft wide) bed, and a playroom which can sleep two guests on a double sofa bed. Both these rooms are served by a bathroom with shower stall. The first floor has two double bedrooms (both 4.5ft wide) and a large family bathroom with shower stall and bath. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom with superking bed (6ft wide) and en suite bathroom with clawfoot bath.
Access & Layout
The home is accessed at street level into the main living room, and is set over 4 floors, including the basement.
Home Truths
Waterford Road wears the character of a much-loved family home, and it is priced accordingly. We do have more luxurious options in our portfolio, but for size and superb location, Waterford Road is an excellent option, if you’re happy with a few slightly rougher edges!
