The spacious living area includes two large sofas (seating six adults comfortably) a large flat screen TV which receives English TV and radio channels and a good size dining table with four chairs. This opens through patio doors onto the balcony overlooking a quiet side street. With sun arriving mid-morning this is a perfect spot to take ones breakfast or linger over a pre lunch aperitif. The newly renovated kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances - oven, hob, grill, extractor, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
The two good size bedrooms include floor to ceiling, mirrored, fitted wardrobes, one double bed and two single beds, bedside units and lamps. As both bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, there is no road or traffic noise directly outside.
The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit with wash basin.
There is a separate w.c. with a second hand basin.
All windows are double glazed and have electrically operated shutters. Air conditioning has been installed in the living area and the effects can be felt throughout the apartment. There are two humidifier fans available if needed. Free Wifi (Fibre) is also available.
There is no parking available but there is an excellent multi-story Q Park 5 minutes walk away.
End of stay clean and laundry costs are included in the price. If you wish to hire towels at a cost of 10 EUR per set please advise us before check in. Check-ins after 21.00 are subject to a charge of 30EUR and no check ins are available after 23.00
