Villa Fortunato is a villa with swimming pool (12m x 7mt) in Porto Cesareo, about 1km from its beautiful sandy beaches.
 
 
A dive in the pool surrounded by nature
 
Beautiful eye-catcher at the entrance, dominated by the green of the garden and the blue of the pool, surrounded by a solarium , outdoor furniture and lawn. The villa is completely fenced and enhanced by numerous shady areas to relax.
 

A villa for 8 people 
The verandas are perfect to organized beautiful outdoor dinner. Inside, however, there is a spacious living area with adjoining kitchenette. From here, you reach the three bedrooms of which 2 triple rooms with ensuite bathroom / shower and a double bedroom served by a bathroom / tub.
 
Villa Fortunato is particularly suitable for groups of friends and small families. Quiet and relaxing area with the main commercial activities nearby.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September, off season pool's use euro 200.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The property does not accept groups of young guests under 30 old years.
