It's 1+1 apartment with living room/kitchen. It has everything need fr your comfortable stay: all furniture, TV, air conditioners in each room, washing machine, iron+iron board, etc. All towels and bed linen are included in price. The apartment has big terrace outside and part of roof (if you want to make barbeque)!

Guests can use all amenities in the apartment as well as parking near the house.

I will be very happy to assist my guests in every matter! Including renting the car, organizing transfer from and to the airport and in general I will be glad to answer all questions that may arise during the planning stage of your trip as well as here in Cyprus

The apartment is located near tourist capital of North Cyprus - Kyrenia. Near apartment you find everything you need for comfortable stay: sand beach, market, restaurant. 5 star hotel Merit Park is located in front of the apartment!

1,5 hours by car to airport of Larnaka

Other Things to Note

I am offering the following services: cleaning of the apartment 1 time during your stay for free!
As well as fixing all technical difficulties (if there are any) in the apartment in the shortest time (Monday-Friday from 09.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.).
Guests shall pay 150 USD as returnable safety deposit upon check in the apartment. This amount will be returned upon check out if everything in apartment is in the same condition as it was when guests moved in.
Electricity and water bills supposed to be paid by our guests.
