A lovely family residence in the heart of Kalyves village.

The house is built on two floors with additional mezzanine.
The living room, kitchen, WC and one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom are situated on the ground floor.
Upstairs you'll find a double bedroom with king size bed, a family bathroom with walk in shower. A second bedroom with twin beds and it's off this room you'll find the mezzanine.
The mezz has an extra lounge area, with a library of books and games.
It has a bedroom area with 2 single beds and a studio couch . The mezz has proved to be the favourite room for teenagers.
The house was designed to take advantage of its views of the famous White Mountains, which you can enjoy from the comfort of the living room and pool area! From the 1st floor sun terrace you have views of the sea and surrounding area.
The garden is a mixture of olive and fruit trees!
The pool area is a perfect location for relaxing, but for the more energetic who enjoy walking, jogging or cycling, simply turn left out of the gate and you’re already on one of the of many beautiful trails through the countryside!
The family retain retain a small basement annex on the property and are available to assist you with your holiday needs.
The villa has a lsundry room with washing machine.
Villa Argo is suitable for families and couples.
Out of respect for other local residents, young singles groups looking to ‘party’ are advised to seek alternative accommodation.
