Situated on a hill, the house facing south enjoys maximum sunshine.
It is organised over 3 floors, with 3 large reception rooms in enfilade, overlooking the gardens and terrace. A spacious dining room, a small TV room, a traditional kitchen and utility room, and a separate guest toilet room.
There are 8 bedrooms in total. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C except one : On the first floor, 6 large bedrooms, 5 with ensuite bathroom and one dormitory room with 3 single beds. On the second floor, are 2 double bedrooms, a playroom, a small bathroom and a shower room.
The south facing terrace has a covered dining area as well as another summer kitchen fully equipped with an oven, a hob a fridge/freezer a microwave and tableware. Large plancha and barbecue at disposal.
