In a pleasant and calm setting, it is a pretty, spacious and bright house which can accommodate from 2 to 8 people, for a successful holiday in the very heart of the pink granite coast.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities (beaches, hiking, visit to the 7 islands, nautical activities, golf, Casino). You can discover and visit the Breton heritage (chapels, churches, crosses and crosses, the Valley of the Saints in Carnoët).
As a family, you can go to the Gallic village, the tree climbing, the telecom city, the planetarium in Pleumeur-Bodou, the Trégastel aquarium.

You will be close to Trestraou beach (15 mins on foot), as well as to the city center (3 km). Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015 at 4 km, Tregastel 6 km, Lannion 10 km.
In this contemporary house, you will find all the comfort and well-being conducive to a good vacation.
This residence comprises on the ground floor: a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room and a dining room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. A bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed. A garage with direct access to the kitchen. Main door with electric opening and small door leading to the garden.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with small living room, a double bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190cm, a bedroom with a 140 x 200cm bed, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190cm. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
You will benefit from a 40m2 terrace on a 600m2 plot facing west. You can enjoy the garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ at your disposal. The house is also equipped for the little ones: a child's bath, a changing mat, a high chair and 2 umbrella beds.
