Both master suites adorn their own baths making your stay private and comfortable. The open floor plan offers a great room for family gatherings and all new, fabulous kitchen with granite to prepare the catch of the day. Great location; would book again

Myself, my husband and 2 year old stayed with our friends who also have a 2 year old for a long weekend because our husbands had a fishing tournament at Lake Naci. The location is right on the water. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. The neighbors/house manager are super friendly. You feel very safe in the area. The only downfall is that you need to bring your own sheets & towels. It's kind of a bummer that you need to make 4 different beds when you arrive on your vacation. But once that is done, it's honestly pretty nice being in your own sheets. So it has its pluses and minuses! And it won't deter us from booking again :)

Lands end Boathouse #2

We enjoyed the secluded house on the water. The kids enjoyed all the DVDs and games there were to offer. Great hiking trails on the property. Lots of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning!

The property was simply stunning. 180 degree views of the lake. A wall of glass faces south east so the sun comes up over the water, but not straight into your face. Huge deck, plenty of seating options. Kitchen well stocked and there was a new TV which allowed screen mirroring to watch a movie from my phone. Wifi worked great. Everything was perfect. We booked our next trip there before we checked out!

Even when the lake water is as low as 20%, the water level on the main part of the lake in front of our rental property is still up to 60 feet deep. While low water levels scare many visitors away, it means virtually a private lake for those that stay at our vacation house and cabin rentals. The Boat House Vacation Rental sits on a 5 acre piece of private land that is shared with 6 other houses and the entire property is owned by Lakefront at LandsEnd. This is truly a private gated lakefront oasis. Once on the peninsula, you will experience many of the comforts of home yet will enjoy your own rural private paradise. Our property backs up to county owned undeveloped land so when you look across or south on the lake you see nothing but water, beautiful trees, wildlife and no other house in sight. So while you are secluded on the land, you could not be more centrally located on the lake. Our peninsula is centrally located on the lake between the marina and Oak Shores. Jump on your boat from our private docks and you are instantly fishing on the area known for some of the best White Bass fishing on the lake or go for a ski ride on the slalom course or enjoy any one of numerous water sports activities on the lake. If you enjoy wine tasting, Paso Robles has hundreds of great wineries to enjoy so come stay and experience this very unique house and property for yourself. Vehicle, Boat and Watercraft Information:

We do not have a launching facility. Launching at LandsEnd is prohibited.

Due to limited parking we must strictly enforce the number of vehicles allowed at Boat House to 2. If you are bringing a boat or watercraft, prior to check in, you will need to launch it at Lake Nacimiento Resort and Marina and then drive the boat over to one of our private boat docks at LandsEnd. A map is available upon request. There is no room to maneuver or park a boat/watercraft trailer at LandsEnd, so trailers of any kind are not allowed on the property. We recommend parking your trailer at the Resort/Marina. Please note that LandEnd is in no way responsible for your trailer while at the Resort/Marina. Launching and trailer parking fees will apply through Lake Nacimiento Resort and Marina.

If you’ve been on mussel-infested waterbodies (i.e. Lake Castaic, Pyramid and Piru) within the last 30 days you will not be permitted to launch. **Please view our FAQ’s under the “Key Information” tab for info on mussel inspections.

Boat Docks at Property:

Lake water level is regularly fluctuating, the dock assigned to Boat House is dock 2. It is located just inside our cove towards the front of the property, just down hill from Water’s Edge (Unit 4). This dock is accessed by walking down an uneven dirt path/trail. For a more current description please call 510-999-6224.

Note – Only one watercraft or boat per unit can be stored at our docks. If you have more than one watercraft, you must first talk to management to see if there is room for an additional craft.
