It is within walking distance from Porto Heli and nearby beaches.
The property is on 3 levels and comprises on the ground floor of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and one double bedroom. On the 1st floor there is 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds and the 2nd floor there is 1 double bedroom and bathroom.
Outside the house is surrounded by garden and right in front of the house there is a pool. Also outside there i a BBQ and an outside living-room with a pergola.
There is space for 2 vehicles at the back of the villa.
