Apartment on the border of the 8th and 9th arrondissements (near Gare Saint-Lazare station), on the top floor of a Haussmann building (6th floor, elevator to 5th). Fully air-conditioned. Nice views on The Sacré Coeur church and Eiffel Tower ( top floor)

Calm and cozy, it is on the top floor of the building, which makes it very luminous. The building has an elevator to the 5th floor, just one floor walk to the apartment on the 6th.

There are 3 large windows in the living room, each has a small balcony; thanks to this, there is always natural light brightening up the apartment. Additionally, the windows are facing a picturesque setting with beautiful elegant buildings nearby and even the Sacre Cœur in the distance.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs. You can watch cable television including international channels from the living room.

The newly refurnished kitchen is facing the entrance, and is fully equipped with modern and stainless steel appliances.

It has a coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, electric stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils you need to prepare the perfect diner.

There is also a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen.

At the end of the kitchen you have the corridor, with the two bedrooms on the right and the two bathrooms on the left.

The first bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds, the second one has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a window with a small balcony.

The first bathroom has a shower and a toilet while the second one has a washing machine and a dryer in addition of the bathtub and the toilet.

The top-floor views are truly splendid.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. Wifi, phone, and cable TV are also free of any additional charge.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

Lovely apartment, great location.
The apartment was lovely, clean, and close to the train station, Gare St. Lazare. In addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was a nice sitting room with nice views out the windows. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. I cooked breakfast every day during our stay.

Very comfortable, location close to metro, opera house.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Initial concern about graffiti on the door was fixed by next day. Closest street, rue Camieu, not particularly scenic, but the apartment is close to high end shopping and the magnificent opera house. Very easy to access metro and buses to get to other areas of the city. Many nearby restaurants, many quite good. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect apartment
Great experience all round, the team at GlamParis were a pleasure to deal with and punctual, the apartment had everything you need and was spacious, close to Metro giving access to everywhere in greater Paris, good food s/markets close 100 meters, plus numerous good restaurants/cafes in the safe area. definitely recommend. We aim to make the renting process simple and secure, facilitating the reservation process, and providing support throughout your stay. Our services include on-site check-in, maintenance, and professional cleaning services. We also create rental contracts and accept credit card payments.

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
• The signing of an inventory will also be asked upon arrival with a GLAMAPARIS agent.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
We are committed to clean our apartments with organic household products.
