Apartment Joli is a large 75m2, 3 bedroom apartment with spacious combined sitting & dining room, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
The centre of town with good restaurants and bars is a 5 minute walk from the apartment whilst the Saint Gervais - Le Bettex Ski lift is 200m from the door.
In winter its an easy walk from the apartment from the ski lift whilst in summer there are great walks and activities within a couple of minutes of the apartment door.
The space
Appartement Joli was recently furnished and equipped to a high standard with everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Main Living Space is the best place is unwind after a day on the mountains on either the large corner sofa or in either of two easy chairs. Relax watching films on the 32" LED HD TV or just while the hours away with a good book and a glass of wine. On warmer days, take advantage of the apartments Two Sunny Balconies, complete with outdoor table and chairs. With views over Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains this is a sublime place to watch the sun go down.
The Large Dining Table can seat up to 10 people, great if you have additional friends staying in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains. Should you tire of the multiple excellent restaurants in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, the Well Appointed Modern Kitchen is located just off of the Lounge/Dining area and benefits from a fan oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and ceramic hob. All cookware and washing up sundries are supplied for your use, so there is no excuse not to give Savoyard Cooking a go yourself! For longer stays the apartment is equipped with a small washing machine and a small freezer.
There are 3 bedrooms , 2 large double bedrooms and a smaller room with two bunk beds ideal for children up the their mid teens. One bedroom benefits from a fully ensuite bathroom containing a shower, WC and sink. The apartment also benefits from a second family bathroom with a bath and sink and there is a second separate WC.
Guest access
There is a communal ski and boot room on the ground floor. Also a lockable space for bikes or other items.
There is private parking right outside the chalet 15m from the front door.
