The Mainsail/Jib #676320, Sloop #488351, and Sunfish #676319 and Spinnaker #2647382 are all located on the small property of Water's Edge Condominium and Cottages. These can be rented together for large groups allowing private accommodations, however, close proximity and common grounds and amenities. Mainsail also has an adjoining unit (JIb) that can be rented for an additional rental fee. The Jib is NOT included in the posted rates.
