The lounge offers comfortable seating, coffee table, smart tv with cable system showing mainstream channels in various languages including English, Spanish, French (many guests bring their Firestick); dining table with four chairs and convertible air conditioning unit.
It is accessible to the furnished balcony.

The recently upgraded and very smart kitchen provides all you will require for your needs during your stay, including dishwasher; fridge freezer; electric oven and hob; and washing machine.

The master bedroom offers king size bed; bedside tables with drawers; bedside lamps; fitted double wardrobe with drawers and shelves; dressing table with stool; and easy chair. A convertible air condition unit is installed in this room.

The twin bedroom offers 2 single beds. Centre bedside table with drawers; bedside lamp; fitted double wardrobe; and 5 drawer tall boy unit. This room provides a centre ceiling fan allowing different speeds.

The family bathroom is fully tiled; has vanity basin with storage and large wall mirror above; shower over bath; and bidet. There is a wall hand grip giving assistance stepping into and out of the bath, if necessary.

The balcony, which is accessible from the lounge via double sliding glass doors, is furnished with 4 piece table and chair set, 2 reclining rattan chairs and small glass topped rattan coffee table.

There are magnificent views over the rooftops of the Mediterranean Sea from the fabulous and spacious solarium. For the sole use of our guests it is tastefully furnished with rattan furnishings including 2 sunbeds, 2 high back chairs with footstools and side drinks tables.
To perhaps enjoy dining al fresco there is also an ornate stone tiled table and bench set.
A small bbq is also available (please note the bbq may only be used on the solarium).

Wiinter season: The air conditioning units are convertible therefore also provide heat. Electric heaters are also available. Duvets are provided for all beds.

A private parking bay is provided in the secure under-build garage of the apartment block. Should you wish the use of the parking bay an access fob and key will be provided.

Wifi is offered free of charge. Details will be advised on arrival.

The apartment building provides two elevators and two stairways serving all floors, including the under-build parking area. Located at reception you will find a luggage weighing machine and secure storage lockers.

Grass wraps around the fabulous well maintained communal pool, which also provides an infant section and is for the sole use of La Rotonda guests and residents only.
