Comfortable apartment located in the center of Cascais in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk (500 meters) from the historic center, the train station and the beaches of the Estoril Coast.
Located on the first floor, no elevator, but easy stairs.
When you enter a hall you take it to the living room, decorated with comfortable and modern furniture. The living room has a living area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people and an LCD TV with international channels. It also has a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. Free wireless Internet access throughout the house.
Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer, dishwasher and washing machine. A clothing extension, an iron and an ironing board are available.
Along the corridor are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds.
In front of the two bedrooms there is a large closet with mirror to hang the clothes.
Finally, the bathroom, large and modern with a shower and towels for each guest. Hair dryer, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.
This apartment is the perfect place to enjoy everything Cascais has to offer.
Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels.

•It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.

•A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules.

Minimum stays: 4 nights.

Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.
Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.

Extras:
Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.

Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
