Villa Soleada, a beautiful detached Spanish villa 3 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Located on a gated golf resort with security, large salt water pool (8m x 4m) and sun terraces, fabulous extended and refurbished large kitchen/breakfast bar, recently refurbished garden and terraces. Available to rent directly from the owner. Just 3-4 minutes walk from bars and restaurants in a quiet residential area. 16 large community pools around the resort for all holiday visitors to use (with arm bands). Plenty of sun umbrellas on terraces for hot sunny days, kitchen and living/dining room opening out to terraces. Rented out in the summer only.
2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs plus another bathroom downstairs. WiFi, UK and international TV plus Netflix. Utility room with washing machine. Lovely views over the boulevard to the front and garden to the rear. Beautiful plants like Birds of Paradise, Banana plants and various palms. Lots of pretty plant pots.
Sorry no pets and strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside or outside the property.
Direct access from kitchen to pool area. New extended white kitchen also completed recently with Induction hob and built in oven and microwave. 2 brand new bathrooms (2 with walk in shower). All 3 bedrooms painted recently. Separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen with breakfast bar (2 bar stools) toaster, kettle etc. Air con and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Rotary washing line for your holiday washing. White bedlinen and towels. Please bring own beach towels. Artificial lawn and Weber BBQ. The wristbands are for the use of community pools only (16 in total). Please note that IF LOST, a fee of 25 EUROS will be charged per lost wristband unfortunately, as the administrators of the resort will charge this for a replacement. Few minutes walk to hotel, supermarket, bars, restaurants, club house, driving range, golf course and golf shop. 120 euros additional charge to cleaner /key holder on arrival please. Sleeps 6. It’s a fantastic villa in a great convenient location.
The hugely popular Friday night market and live music at The Plaza (town centre) on Friday and Saturday is 3–4 minutes walk away as is Spar the supermarked. There you will also find bars like Lakeside with a large outside terrace overlooking the lake (w/tv showing golf and football), O’Learys sports bar showing Premier League and other sports plus live music, pool parties, new fabulous cafe bar Sofia, Clover Bar with DJ (Fridays and Saturdays) and restaurants like Acacia (Italian), Rangla which is Indian and Blue Collar serving Mediterranean dishes. Last 2 have stunning golf and lake views. Just a 2 minutes walk away from The Plaza past the lake, you will find the Clubhouse with Woodhouse cafe bar (open from 0900 until 1900.

super villa

no 14 was really well equipped for our family of 6 including 2 teenagers. the villa is really well positioned on the resort convenient for restaurants shop etc the pool and outdoor areas are more than adequate in a hot (39degrees) climate. internally kitchen really well equipped-just like being at home. nina was easily contacted and replied to any queries immediately as well as the keyholder stella. would have no hesitation recommending this property

Excellent accommodation, very practical and smart.

We took our 3 grandsons here. It was exactly what we required: a safe, and convenient location, in a private villa with pool. Thank you Nina and Larry. Your property fitted all our requirements and more.

This villa is beautiful and was the perfect base for us to enjoy our holiday.

We have been to this resort every year for the last 10 years and stayed in many different villas. This one tops them all. Beautiful decor, great kitchen and the outside space is fantastic. We didn't once venture to the communal pools this year as the pool was big enough for us and our 3 children to enjoy. Would definitely book again.

An Amazing Villa

As a family of 4, we recently stayed at the villa for 10 nights. The location of the resort was fantastic. Easily accessed by both Alicante and Murcia airports. It was also within 20 mins drive of some lovely beaches and great authentic eateries. The villa itself was amazing. The quality of furnishings was of a very high standard and the equipment available within was fantastic. The pool was warm and very well maintained. It was located within a few minutes walk of both the shop and the town centre. We visited the clubhouse on a couple of occasions and it had a good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We hope to return again in future years.

We have had a property on the resort for 17 years. First an apartment and now a villa purchased in 2016. It has got the most convenient location near everything and overlooking the boulevard with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. The villa has been recently refurbished with new extended kitchen, new tiled flooring downstairs and 2 new bathrooms. It's a lovely place to chill out and enjoy the facilities in your own time. Lakeside by the lake is a hugely popular bar with plenty of outside seating in the summer which is only 3 minutes away, The Clover Irish Pub, open every day is a place for all ages. DJ Friday and Saturday evenings. 5* hotel with pool bar, restaurant and soon to re open with outdoor/indoor pool, gym and spa normally available at a fee. Beautiful views over golf course at Woodhouse at the clubhouse by the driving range. Spar supermarket has also got English products. All 3-4 minutes walk from the villa. We spend a lot of our time at the villa now we are both retired, but in the UK, our home is in Hythe on the Kent coast where we spend our time when not in Spain.
Larry is English and Nina is Norwegian.

A fantastic detached villa for a family of all ages with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom especially suited to someone not so good with stairs. 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. Sleeps 6. Direct access from outside with private parking in shaded area under the pergola. Freshly painted bedrooms with new curtains. Chandelier in dining room and 2 of the bathrooms.
English TV channels, Netflix as well as a European channels. Plenty of English books (and Norwegian). We love this villa and look forward to many happy years there.

Large pool, direct access from outside, ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom as well as 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on first floor, both en suite. Main bedroom with access to 2 lovely terraces overlooking the boulevard and the front and garden and pool area at the back. Outside dining table seats 6 plus white sofa and chairs for 5 and additional sofa and chair seats an additional 4/5 people.
