3-bedroom villa with outdoor hot tub, pool, ideally situated with stunning 180° view of the foothills of the Troodos mountain and the Mediterranean. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy sun in privacy of your large garden. Watch the sunset and see the garden transform at night with the soft light of the solar-powered lanterns and fairy lights. Beaches, golf, charming village taverns nearby. In cooler months, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the gas fireplace as well as electric heating.

Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom. Each room has ample wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and accessories and can be set up either as a double or twin. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and a third bathroom with shower is across the hall from the third bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a Roomba robot vacuum cleaner, in case you wish to have a daily touchup of the floors. Each guest is provided with a full set of bath towels, as well as a beach towel.

The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The living room opens up on the very large terrace with a high pergola roof, providing mottled shade as you enjoy the view. For an even more stunning vista, the villa also features a rooftop terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as a built-in working sink and countertop. Three additional seating areas are available in the garden on both sides of the house.

The garden features a large pool, cleaned twice a week during your stay. When enjoying warm days by the pool, you may wish to have a rinse in the convenient outdoor shower. Two fountains provide a soothing atmosphere. There is also a countertop with sink in the garden for your outdoor cooking on the Weber charcoal grill.

Inside, the kitchen is fully set up with all appliances needed, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, juice press, halloumi grill, blender, etc. You are free to use the washing machine. We normally enjoy drying our clothes in the Mediterranean sun on the outdoor drying carousel – but if you prefer it, there is also a dryer.

The villa is set up for serious work or personal entertainment with the fastest Internet connection available on Cyprus, as well as a backup connection through another provider, just in case. There is also satellite TV with many international movie channels.
