An immaculate apartment, in this very sort after resort of Mogan Gran Canaria, with lovely views.

Top floor apartment (via lift or stairs) in the heart of Puerto de Mogan, with lovely views up the valley to the mountains and down to the quiet beach ( Playa de Mogan ), and picturesque harbour.

The apartment comprises – Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, large lounge with Aircon, dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom, one terrace balcony, and one further small balcony,(Please see pictures).

The sofa bed can be made up in the dining area, this allows groups of four friends to have their own room and bed. (My license allows a maximum of 4 guests).

On the roof we have a lovely heated pool and a large sun bathing area complete with complimentary sun beds and umbrellas.

Free WiFi is perfectly receivable throughout the apartment and even by the pool ( via multiple WiFi access points).

We now have super fast fiber optic connection, up to 300 Mbps download (up to 150 Mbps upload).

There are plenty of USB charging points, Three Qi wireless charging points and many UK adapter plugs.

A two / three minute walk gets you to the beach and harbour with their wealth of quality bars and restaurants.

For the telly fans, we have Netflix and Prime.

For those of you who wish to eat in there is a modern kitchen with full sized oven and hob, a large fridge freezer, Air fryer, pizza oven, a good supply of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery.

You can eat in the separate dining room, or outside on the terrace balcony that has a motorised sun-blind (no manual winding!). For the little ones, two high chairs, a high quality cot / crib and baby monitor are available.

Fancy a picnic? A sturdy cool box (with ice packs) and a vacuum flask are provided.

The apartment is on one level and is accessible by lift, making access and living easy for those with slight mobility issues. Private indoor parking is also available.

Ceiling fans are in every room.

I live close to the apartment and will be there to check you in and show you round the apartment and complex. I will ensure you can log onto the WiFi and answer any queries you may have. I am only a phone call away should you have any problems during your stay.

Everything in the apartment is well maintained.

Your comfort and safety is my priority and importantly I am registered with the Canary Tourist Board.

All bedrooms have high quality Nest Protect smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, additional smoke alarm in the hall.

Music can be played throughout the apartment - stereo Sonos speakers in the lounge, Sonos speakers in 2 bedrooms, a Bluetooth speaker in the other bedroom and one in the bathroom.

Electrical safety - surge protection device in meter, surge protection device and RCD in consumer unit.

Cases can be stored for early arrivals and late departures and whilst waiting you can use the pool, solarium and changing rooms or take a stroll to the harbour.

I use white or ivory bedding so my guests can clearly see they are scrupulously clean.

Housekeeping

In the price quoted, the Apartment is fully cleaned prior to arrival, another clean and linen change for each 7 night stay, (i.e 14 night stay, clean before arrival, day 8 clean and linen change). Additional clean and linen change can be booked for €50.

Tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper left for arrival. Drinking water is in the apartment - no need to carry heavy water bottles daily from the supermarket.

Any problems with the fabric of the building, utilities, facilities etc, I aim to repair/resolve same day (where possible).

Please note, that as a consideration to my neighbors, the Air Conditioning unit in the Master Bedroom, powers down 10pm to 10am.
