You've got to see this impeccably-decorated ocean view condo to believe it. The first thing that you'll notice is the brilliant golden wood floors throughout the home. As you enter the condo, you'll be captivated by the gorgeous, recently renovated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Elegant pendant lights hang over the black granite counter top where two bar stools sit on the Living Room side. From the kitchen, the hanging lights frame the view of the pretty, beach-themed colors in the comfortable Living Room. In the Living Room, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen TV, or feel the glow of the Florida sun as you take your meals at a round table for four with an outstanding view. The dining table sits right next to the balcony, easily accessible by the sliding glass doors.

The Master bathroom, equipped with a single sink and walk in shower, has a clean and refreshing ambiance.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a beautifully dressed Full size bed. This room even has a wall-mounted TV, too. The equally pretty second bathroom has the same color theme as the master, with a combination tub/shower.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
