Our apartment is located at the first floor of a small buiding in Bagnaia, a small town overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island and approximately at 50 mt. from its beach. From Bagnaia you can enjoy a picturesque panorama of Portoferraio and the lighthouse on the small Scoglietto Island.
Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is only 350 meters from the apartment.
The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
This nice apartment of about 45 sqm for 2/4 persons, is very close to the beach of Bagnaia. It has a living room with a small kitchenette; a bedroom with double bed; a small bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is simple but comfortable, with TV and washing machine. On the outside, there is a terrace equipped with table and chairs. Nearby outdoor parking space.

Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, included. Final cleaning: € 95 (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Linen: you can bring your own bed linen or reserve them for € 20/person/week (to be paid at the agency, before the keys are handed over). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100 (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
