Vila Pateo is situated at the end of a private road and is chosen by guests for its proximity to the beach which is just a 5 minute walk, and absolutely stunning seaviews.
The villa is in an excellent location, as it is close to Albufeira old town, which is a 20 minute walk along the beach, also Oura and ' The Strip' famous for its lively music bar nightlife are only a 15 minute walk .
Pateo is located in a very quiet area where you can totally relax and enjoy your holidays in the best way.

Ground Floor: Spacious lounge / dining room with Satellite TV, DVD, with 3 patio doors leading onto a large balcony with BBQ and dining terrace offering superb sea views. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Twin bedroom with patio doors to the interior patio courtyard. Shower room. Twin bedroom with en-suite WC & a mezzanine floor with sofas with patio doors to terrace.
First Floor: Master queen bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large 'family' bedroom with 3 x single beds and en-suite shower room and patio windows to large balcony. (Baby gates are fitted at both top and bottom of the staircase).
There is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture, under the house, facing the pool area.
The lounge / dining room and all the bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The large swimming pool (swimming pool can be heated, this is an optional extra and Temperature will be between 26 - 28 degrees) is surrounded by spacious terraces with sunloungers, a BBQ and dining table.
