If you are looking to do turism around, the house it's well communicated by motorway, the AP7 and the C32 and you will be able to do all the visits in a confortable way; museums, theathers, cinemass, amusement parks, shopping, enjoy from the local gastronomy, and even go out at night around Sitges!

But if you want just to rest and relax, you can enjoy from a wonderful weather and the nice sun of the summer, the house offers you an spacious outdoor area that mixed the swimming poll of 7m.x 4m.
surrounded by a natural grass and other terraces with tables, chairs, sun loungers, a nice wood pergola where you can sit quietly to rest and read a book...and enjoy of a fine dinner outside.

On the other hand, you have the barbecue area, well equipped to enjoy of a fine dinner with your family, with all utensils you may need.

And for the kids, a playground with a jumper, a kitchenette, a toy house, and lots of other games where you will be able to enjoy while you can keep watch on your kids, since the house has no any danger for them, having swimming pool fenced area.

All of the garden is full of trees and flowers, with nice views of the mountains around, in a idyllic surroundins for a perfect holiday.

In addition, the house is located in the most famous area of the world production of Cava, El Penedés, that offers you many visits to wine and cava cellas, as well as an endless number of possibilities to do sports and activities as cycling, mountain bike, hiking, climbing, speleology...As well, as many sports of water, in 10 minutes from the house you can find amazing beaches where you can enjoy the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea....in just 15 minutes from the Olympic Channel where you can practise canoeing and sailing.. And if you like astronomy, right in the middle of the Natural Park you have the observatory of Can Grau to see the stars.
In addition, you will be able to visits the famous buddhist temple of Palau Novella where you can do some meditation and yoga.

Its just the perfect place to enjoy with a wide range of cultural activities and leisure.

As for the inside of the house, is composed of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a hall from which you can access to the dining room area, bathroom, kitchen, and one double room, and the stairs to gain access to the upper floor where the other three doubles rooms, a full bath and a terrace. The rooms are outward oriented, and from each window you will be able to see the mountains.

The kitchen contains everything you need, like a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, kettle, coffemaker, microwave...and we will leave you cleanning products, and if made less anything, just let us know during your stay and we wil do our best to provide you with it.
From the kitchen you will have direct access to the terrace and the pool.

Dinning room, with exit to the terrace an pool, wide reclining sofa to enjoy a a good rest or to watch a movie. In the dinning room and the terrace, spacious tables are avalible with more than 10 people capacity.

The house has 4 rooms (3 with double bed and 1 with 2 single bed) all with new mattresses of good quality, pillows, bed linen and towels.Each room has cabinets, and wardrobes and hangers so you can organize your clothers like if you were home.

We are a family with children, and we will love that you come to our place to enjoy your family vacation. We have safety elements like protection plugs, fence step on stairs and pool protected area.

In addition, you have access to a washing machine, iron, ironing board.Hair dryer. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

As we have already said, the house is very well located. In the same town (walking distance) have a supermarket, bars, hairdresser, esthetic center, playgrounds, soccer field, ambulatory and police...and just in a kilometer you have plenty of restaurants. The nearest town its just 5 minutes by car where you can have many restaurants and shops.
