This duplex was completed in May 2015. This unit is beautifully furnished with three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a king, a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the living room and two full bathrooms.
There are two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, DVD, Wii, and plenty of board games to keep your family busy. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, spices and everything you will need to cook gourmet meals. We are located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, minutes from the downtown area and world famous hot springs, and about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area. Play in the acres of forest in the San Juan Mountains close by or enjoy the back patio. Hot tub located on the back patio is shared with Unit B. Relax in the chairs located around the property. Play catch or tag in the big backyard or grill out and enjoy dinner around the patio table. Owners are located close by and available to answer any questions, direct you to great spots, or recommend local specialties.

We require a four-night stay over major holidays.
