The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Pets are not allowed at any of our properties. We certify to renters with serious allergies that no pets have been in our properties. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid.

Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.

GARDEN CITY BEACH: Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more.

Just as advertised

Great property and location. Easy beach access. The home has everything you need for large gatherings. Enough pots, pans and dishes to cook a Thanksgiving meal with refrigerators to store it all afterwards. Easy grocery shopping access. Hot tub and grill were great amenities. Owner provided a great little welcome basket of toilet tissue, garbage bags and dish liquid. It was great because I would have needed to make a immediate store run (I forgot them). Pool was great but may need a little maintenance and the kids said their feet hurt when in it and one got a scratch. Overall really no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed a three day stay in paradise with family and friends. Wonderful location. Great bedrooms, kitchen and family room.

Great House

We stayed over Easter. We loved having 3 refrigerators. We each had our own bedroom, pool was great. We liked that the beach was across the street. Great communication with the owner We are staying there next year

Spring Break 2024

Overall our trip was great! The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The host was easy to get in touch with. They left a great starter basket with TP, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. We loved the hot tub, especially for a March visit. The house is a great size. We had two families staying together so two Master bedrooms was a huge plus. Overall, the house was clean. I thought the floors were a little dirty but it is a rented beach house so that's understandable. The TVs were kind of tricky. We could not find local channels. The family we were with logged into their own account and found the channels that way. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Great Location!

We were thrilled with the location of this vacation rental! Lots of amenities close by, with a view of the beach, which is only steps away. The ability to rent a golf cart made this even more fun. The house is well laid out, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. The private bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and gave everyone space and privacy. You could not hear anyone else, which was nice and gave everyone the rest they needed. The only real downfall was the cleanliness of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. The furniture and area rug are also quite dirty. Roaches were also an issue, which wasn’t brought to my attention until we were already there several days and I saw one myself. The main level needs some TLC. We did purchase the linen package, which for 10 people, did not provide enough towels and dishcloths. We only had 1 dish cloth and tea towel for the week. Everyone we had contact with were very kind and attentive when we had questions and feedback.

My father and I purchased the property and oversaw the new construction of this property and verified that everything was top-of-the line that went into the building of this house. We sold it in 2008 and I have just re-purchased it since it came back on the market.
