Espaçoso apartamento no piso térreo e novos edifícios com boa localização a 700 metros da praia.
O apartamento tem 3 grandes quartos duplos, um quarto com cama de casal e dois quartos com duas camas de solteiro, 2 casas de banho e uma sala de estar decorada com um sofá-cama confortável. A cozinha é muito espaçosa e está totalmente equipada e tem uma mesa prático 4 lugares. O apartamento também tem 2 grandes terraços.
Tem ar condicionado central em todos os quartos.
O resort contém uma amplas áreas ajardinadas, uma piscina comunidade e estacionamento privativo.
I feel bad only rating the property as one star, as the property itself is pretty good, and the location is also pretty good. But the management company really don't have a clue!
We arranged to meet at the property at 17:00hrs on the Saturday, they knew we were in Salou early that day as I had asked if we could get in any earlier and to let me know by text if we could. We (2 adults + 2 teenage girls) made our way over to the apartment on foot, and sat outside at 16:30. At 16:45 we get a phone call explaining that the cleaners were still at the property as the last occupants checked out really late, and it would not be ready until 18:00! The cleaners were not at the property as we have been sat there for some time and the shutters were all down, whilst explaining this to the lady on the phone the cleaners arrived, I insisted with the person on the phone that they let us drop our luggage in and then we could sit by the pool, they then relented and said they would send someone over. Pretty quickly someone came over, whilst talking to him someone else phoned and told me I wasn't there as his representative couldn't find us! The representative told us that the other people checked out at 11:00am, and they couldn't clean 100 apartments by 17:00. It took him some time to realise that if they arranged for 17:00 then it should be made a priority so it was ready on time and he eventually apologised. I get the distinct feeling they just lied to try and cover up their incompetence. I manage a service related business, and in this situation you prioritise the cleaning of the apartments to be ready with customers arrival times, not every one is going to turn up at 17:00, and not every apartment will be changing every Saturday.
He was more interested in getting the remainder of the rent, and the very large deposit, all of which had to be in cash! This meant that we were carrying around over a lot cash in a foreign country, that made us feel very vulnerable. No sooner than he'd got the cash than he left, no explanation of how to work the air conditioning, nothing really. We also later found that they supposedly check electric usage and charge us if we go over, none of this was explained and no meter readings shown - but I don't think they checked when we checked out.
