Electricity, water and gas are included in the price. No other expenses will be due excluding the final cleaning.

The house is surrounded by a garden with lemon, orange, jasmine and oleander plants of various colors.
The building is in a one-way street, very quiet.
The wide and sandy beach is equipped with establishments and premises, but in some areas with free access, and can be reached in a few steps.
The fresh pinewood equipped with games for children and the cycle path connecting various villages along the coast, passing streams with romantic wooden bridges, are also very close by.
The area is well stocked with shops, flea markets, bars, restaurants.
Not far away are the Catholic Church, the bank, the post office.
