Of all our Sunriver vacation rentals, 1 Sunrise Lane, is one of our most primely located. It sits right near the north entrance and backs to the train tracks (the home is well insulated which keeps the noise to a minimum) and national forest. The home is just a short 2 minute walk from the North Sunriver Store. It is a 10 minute bike ride to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) and includes 8 unlimited use passes!!

This cozy and comfortable home is a newer, 1350 square foot home, with warm, inviting furniture and a new king bedroom . A brand new A/C system is one incredible upgrade this home has to offer. A beautiful back deck with plenty of privacy give this single level home a cozy cabin feel.

This single level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. There is direct access from the master bedroom, to the hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is an open and light great room with large living and dining area, and open kitchen. There is a new flat screen TV in the family room for 'movie (or game) night.' The beds are all made with comfortable linens, crisp warm duvets, and comfortable mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own.

The home has a private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture which allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 3 adult bikes and a tandem bike to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.
There is a portable crib and portable high chair to simplify your packing.
