All bedding, towels, electricity, central heating, sample toiletries, a small supply of domestic goods (toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing-up liquid etc.) & unlimited Wi-Fi are included in the price. In winter a starter pack of wood is available for the wood-burning stove. A fresh flower arrangement & a small complimentary basket will be awaiting you on arrival along with tea/coffee & a selection of home made baking.
For the young ones a guided tour of our farm is available on request, where children can visit our prize winning herd of pedigree Limousin cattle herd & see the day to day running of a working farm, however they must be supervised at all times by an adult.
This wee cottage is remarkably light, airy and spacious and has astounding views of the Ochil Hills, Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument and Cambuskenneth Abbey.
It is perfect for those who seek a combination of convenience (supermarket and amenities just 5 minutes away as are the main motorways to the rest of Scotland, making it a perfect location to explore...) and seclusion (the cottage stands alone surrounded by fields and farmsteads).
Heated floors and a log fire keep it cosy in winter and triple patio doors leading onto a stone patio and the garden will be perfect for the Scottish summer.
The owners have put a lot of thought into ensuring that the cottage is perfectly set up for guests and are close by, ready and willing to be of assistance ...
We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, location AND hope to return there soon. :)
