Welcome to our stunning penthouse loft in the historic terra cotta building on Washington Avenue. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers over 2,500 square feet of living space with soaring 14-foot ceilings, skylights and large windows that showcase the views of the City Museum and Delmar. You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of having a high-efficiency washer and dryer in your room, as well as free wifi and complimentary secured parking in the attached gated lot. No other property downtown can match this offer!

Our penthouse is ideal for families who want to experience the best of downtown St. Louis. You will be steps away from the entertainment and business district, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions nearby. Please note that we do not allow parties or events of any kind, and we have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. For your safety and ours, we have installed exterior cameras to monitor compliance with our rental policies. Please read our rental agreement and house rules carefully before booking. City Museum and Eclipse

First of all, Chris is INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. I would absolutely rent from him again. The location is PERFECT for the City Museum!! It was a 5min walk tops. The penthouse was super clean and was exactly what the listing pictures showed!! It's a huge open space, and everything was provided! We just had to bring whatever food we wanted to make and your suitcases (and yourself lol). The beds are super comfy too! Nice foam mattresses and fluffy, squishy pillows!! Whenever we come back to St Louis, I'll definitely be checking to see if this space is available!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great stay

This property was great and was conveniently located downtown. Checkin process was a breeze and Chis was prompt with sending information regarding our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting STL.
