Renovated from top-to-bottom, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom North Shore retreat blends a state-of-the-art modern design with classic mountain charm. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive picture windows that showcase the gorgeous alpine scenery, and an open-concept layout that effortlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. 3 . The access to this property is up a steep grade, 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
