Praias: Existem inúmeras belas praias ao longo da costa, todos bem cuidados, com areia dourada e águas claras. O mais próximo de Las Ramblas é La Glea, que é bem equipado com um café, chás de pé, quadro de escalada infantil e áreas de sombra. O Mar Menor é apenas 15 km de distância, com suas águas claras, quentes e águas rasas, ideal para crianças pequenas.
Jazz em uma noite de verão!: O San Javier Jazz Festival tem lugar em Julho de cada ano, em um belo auditório ao ar livre. 2013 contou com uma grande programação incluindo Renegade Creation, Dana Fuchs e Keb Mo, entre outros. Meteoros!: Em meados de agosto de cada ano há um grande espetáculo de estrelas cadentes, a chuva de meteoros Perseidas. Você terá uma excelente vista do terraço na cobertura, se é uma noite clara. Os meteoros será mais fácil de ver quando a Lua foi definido após a meia-noite eo céu está escuro. Você não precisa sequer de um telescópio, apenas descansar nas espreguiçadeiras e desfrutar do espectáculo. Verifique as datas exatas que podem variar ligeiramente a cada ano. As Perseidas é uma das melhores chuvas de meteoros para observar, produzindo até 30 meteoros por hora em seu pico. Olhe para cima em direção ao Nordeste a partir de meia-noite em diante nas noites de 11 de agosto, 12 e 13. O pico de actividade está previsto para ser nas primeiras horas antes do amanhecer. My husband and myself have rented this apartment for the last 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays which have usually been at the beginning of September. This year we visited in May and can thoroughly recommend any time of the year to visit.The apartment is clean, tidy and well stocked with everything that you could possibly want. It still looks as fresh and clean as it did the first time we visited. All the information given is accurate. The owner is very helpful with any queries and very prompt to reply to any communication. The management company are very approachable if you have a query while you are there. The surrounding area is well maintained and clean, and I especially like the fact that the apartment is within a secure gated area. The golfing facilities are very good aswell. The communal pool is excellent as are the local beaches (less than 4 kms away) and there is plenty to see and do locally. This year our two daughters and their boyfriends (all in their 20's) came and visited us at different times during our stay. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves, a feat which isn't always possible with younger people. We all enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants a few minutes walk up the road. They especially liked the bar/restaurant up the road that had free wi fi internet access. All you had to do was take your laptop or i phone up there and buy a drink !!! For the people that don't have the technology with them there is access to the internet (for a small charge) in the Spa shop within the area of the bars restaurants and shops. Very useful when you are in Spain during the "Ash Cloud" problem.... It now remains for my husband and myself to start saving up again for our next visit to this apartment, which hopefully will be next year. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment and the surrounding area to anyone. It is ideal for all ages.

My husband and I along with our two children were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful apartment for 2 weeks.
From the first point of contact Frances was very amenable to our needs and efficient.
The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.
We were very well looked after by David and his team. The kettle was not working and as soon as he found out he replaced it with a brand new one immediately, nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was very well equipped and its location was ideal.
This apartment is definitely on our list of places to return to.

This is a well proportioned, clean,well equipped and well maintained apartment situated on a lovely golf complex within walking distance of supermarkets, bars,restaurants, entertainment and banks. A car is needed to get to the nearby beaches which takes under 10 minutes. The beaches are clean with cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. For the more energetic there is the facility just up the road from the complex to hire out bicycles for the day. All in all this accommodation is suitable for all ages, and for those wanting either a relaxing holiday or an active one. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this accommodation to anyone. The owner and management company are all very friendly and helpful.
4 mates on a golf holiday: Perfect location, spotless apartment. Owner very helpful in the time leading up to our vacation, didn't need to contact her while in Spain.
Golfing tips: Los Ramblas is a hard course for experienced players. Campoamor was good, didn't play Villamartin. Roda Golf was the best one we played. Will also recommend "Golf Factory" which is just up the road from the apartment, on the other side of the Cabo Roig strip. Great service and discounted green fees.
My family and I recently spent a 3 week holiday during Jan/Feb 2011 in Las Ramblas and we had a wonderful time in a beautiful Golf resort.
The initial booking process and support received from the apartment owner was fantastic; including very clear and concise directions from San Javier Murcia airport which is only a 20 minute drive to Las Ramblas.
The apartment was in a pristine condition on arrival. On inspection, everything was very clean, tidy, well presented and obviously well maintained. Notably, the fixtures and fittings are all of a very standard including the en-suite, main bathroom and kitchen area. The two double bedrooms are a decent size and the open plan living room is also very spacious and beautifully furnished. I was also impressed with the quality of the kitchen accessories and cookware. In addition, there is a terrace area with a table and chairs and a large solarium area upstairs.
The apartment is beautifully situated in a rural setting within a small gated residence about 100 metres from the main entrance of Las Ramblas. Within a very short (5 minutes) walk of the apartment is the La Fuenta shopping complex which has a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and cafes. The Stray Sod Irish bar is located within this same complex and offers excellent food, drinks and live music every evening.
I agree with the owners' description that this is a 'Luxury' apartment.

This year in August we spent unforgettable fortnight holiday.
Everything was prepered like Frances discribed at her internet offer.
We'd got a phone number to person we could contact in case of emergancy.
The apartment was very comfortable for our family (2 children - 6 nad 8
years old, 2 adults), tidy and really fully equipped.
Common swimming pool nicely situated and cleaned every evening.
We were amazed by the beautiful surrondigs, especially by the golf course
of Las Ramblas with green lawns.
The largest market in the area called MERCADONA was in walking distance
from the apartment and was very good supplies.
It's true that ant's are ubiquitous, but we only need to use some
insecticide (provided) putting them near each entrance of the apartment and
the problem was solved for few days.
We can recommend Frances apartment in all conscience.
Situado no exclusivo resort fechado no famoso campo de golfe de Las Ramblas, este apartamento no 1º andar tem uma vista maravilhosa sobre uma encosta coberta de pinheiros. Há um amplo parque de estacionamento em frente do apartamento. Um supermercado com ar condicionado e estacionamento subterrâneo está a apenas 10 minutos de distância a pé. Existem inúmeras praias, restaurantes e bares todos a 10 minutos de carro. As deslumbrantes praias do Mar Menor estão a 15 minutos de carro. Do apartamento são deliciosas caminhadas ao longo do canal que atravessa Cartagena Las Ramblas. Para fazer compras, há um novo centro comercial em La Zenia, a 10 minutos de carro. Para os amantes da cultura, a bela cidade de Múrcia é de 45 minutos de carro, com a sua catedral e praças históricas, um museu de arte e museu dedicado ao escultor Salzillo. E grandes lojas! Para as crianças, bem como praias, há o Parque Aquático Aquopolis perto de Torrevieja, eo parque temático Terra Mítica incrível perto de Benidorm.
Golf: O campo de golfe de Las Ramblas é curta, mas com belo paisagismo e bastante desafiador. O clube é novo e bastante magnífico, com um belo bar, restaurante e sala de conferências. Por perto estão outros dois cursos, Campoamor e Villamartin. Todos têm 18 buracos, com putting e chipping greens e áreas de atuação. Existem vários outros cursos um pouco mais longe, incluindo o famoso resort La Manga cerca de 30 minutos de carro de Las Ramblas.

£120 is payable at time of booking as security deposit, (returnable as soon as apartment is checked) plus 25% of rental. If extra-ordinary cleaning is required, cost will be deducted from deposit.
Please arrive between 3pm & 8pm on arrival day, and depart no later than 10am on departure day. Other times possible by prior arrangement.
25% of rental is payable in advance to secure your booking, along with £120 security deposit. Full rental is payable 4 weeks in advance. If cancelling, penalties will be:
21 days prior or less: full rental. 22 to 42 days prior: 50% of rental. 43 to 56 days prior: 25% of rental.
Payment can be by cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.
