Updated three bedroom condo in Northshore's Kingswood Village. Ideal for your next family vacation, reunion, or just a quick getaway! This property features an open living room with comfy leather couches, gas fireplace and deck with an electric grill. The kitchen boasts high end appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with log stools. Enjoy your dining experience at the table under a rustic chandelier.

Two big bedrooms on the ground floor with a nicely tiled combination shower/tub and toilet area separate from the his and her sinks. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a lodgepole Queen bed. The second bedroom holds two sets of bunk beds providing sleeping for 4, a 40-inch SMART TV and 2 closets. On the second floor, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen areas as described above plus, the third bedroom which houses a sleigh Queen bed and another updated full bathroom.

There are two decks, one is off the living area and has an electric grill and the other is on the lower level accessible from the bunk room and provides outdoor seating.

Just 5 miles to Northstar ski area resort with a free winter shuttle. Six other ski areas are within 30 minutes’ drive. Less than 1 mile to Tahoe Rim Trail and downtown Kings Beach (with golf, fishing, free beach, mountain biking, snowmobiling and restaurants), and 2 more to the Nevada state line and Northshore casinos. Exercise facility available year-round, with summer access to a community swimming pool, kiddie pool, par course and tennis courts.

Great ski week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4, including a teenager and a pre-teen, had a great ski week in this 3-BR condo. We love the location - 10-15 min drive to North Star, Incline Village, 20 min to Truckee downtown and 5 min to groceries/food/pizza/beach access in King's Beach. The apt had plenty of space, was nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, and dining table big enough for us for dinner. We didn't have any issues and would love to come back.

We loved our stay!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and clean! Plenty of space in the bathrooms. Easy to access and close to the beach. We couldn’t get the tv to work, which was the only downside, but we didn’t call to ask for help with it either.

Nice place to stay!

Condominium is on a quiet area. 2 to 3min away from kings Beach, with a grocery store and pharmacy near by.. my family and I enjoyed our time in this place. The only thing I didn't enjoyed much was that, the whole floor in Condominium is to noise. Other than that i enjoy it very much.

Great Place

I was very impressed with this place. We did run into a small issue with the internet router not being properly set up, but was fixed very quickly. The place was clean and spacious for our kids. Perfect for our needs and conveniently close to the lake!

Cozy & Comfy Kings Beach

My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a lovely time. The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen was updated and pleasant to cook in. Only thing you really need is spices and cooking oil. Nice electric bbq on back patio that worked amazing and made some delicious grilled burgers/chicken. I had to contact the rental company North Tahoe rentals a few times during our stay and received quick response times and everyone I spoke with was very helpful, professional and accommodating. We have stayed in this complex before and always enjoy the pool, corn hole, gym & sauna amenities! It’s centrally located and only a quick 5min drive to Kings beach and 15-20min to Sand harbor beach (our fav). Our family of four along with our friends family of four were very comfortable and had plenty of space for all to relax. The kids bunk room was perfect for the kiddos to have a chill space away from the adults! There is even an extra loft space with queen bed that we did not use. My fiancé and I had a little difficulty figuring out the tv and Roku but once we did it worked great! Over all amazing rental we would definitely recommend! We’ll be back again :)
