The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room and a small office in a building in the heart of Toulouse moving (shops, restaurants, cinemas, markets) right next to the street and Alsace Lorraine the Capitol. The apartment overlooks a courtyard and despite its centrality, a great calm and privacy reign there. The apartment has a small indoor terrace on a day well. The kitchen is independent and as the bathroom was completely renovated in 2013. The beds are a great bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. It is equipped with WiFi, TV and telephone. It has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave and a washing machine laundry. Linens, sheets and towels are provided.
Rates vary, depending on the length of your stay and the number of occupants, but the site you are on does not have all the flexibility you would like. We will ask you to sign a lease that outlines our reciprocal obligations. This contract is available in French and English.
This contract specifies that the premises, subject of this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. The time of entry is in general 16 hours and exit 10 hours. Any other time of arrival and departure are subject to prior agreement.
The rent includes, for the duration of the lease, the payment of rental charges and supplies available as follows: City water, Heating, Telephone line, Wifi access & Television; Tourist tax, linen, sheets and bath towel.
The deposit, or deposit, is intended to cover the damage and / or damage to the housing and furniture and objects, lining the housing caused by the Tenant, as well as the loss of keys or objects. This sum will be returned after the end of the rent, deduction made if necessary, the sums covering the damage and / or deterioration of the housing and the furniture and objects garnishing the housing caused by the Tenant, as well as the losses of keys or of objects.
The lease is concluded intuitu personae for the benefit of the lessee. Any assignment of this lease, any sub-lease total or partial, any provision - even free - are strictly prohibited. The Lessee can not leave the arrangement of the premises, even free of charge and / or by loan, to a person outside his home.
Rules of procedure
- The Tenant undertakes not to engage in any remunerated activity that involves the reception of customers at home or activities that are likely to hinder the neighborhood.
_ The accommodation is non-smoking. Failure to comply with this clause will imply a breach of contract which will be considered at the initiative of the lessee.
- The Lessee shall peacefully use the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment according to the destination which has been given to them by the lease and will answer for any damage and losses that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive enjoyment.
- The Lessee will maintain the rented accommodation and will make it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the contract. If items in the inventory are broken or damaged, the Lessor may claim their replacement value.
- It must avoid any noise likely to annoy the neighbors, especially those emitted by radio, television and other devices.
- The Lessee will not be able to exercise any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft and depredations in the rented premises.
- It will respect the maximum number of people that can enter the premises,
- Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this clause will imply a breach of contract which will be considered at the initiative of the lessee.
CANCELLATION: The signing of the contract binds both parties irrevocably. No termination is possible without the written agreement of the parties.
If the Lessee renounces the rent within 30 days of the beginning of the lease, his deposit will not be refunded. In case of renunciation less than eight days from the beginning of the lease, the Lessor reserves the right to ask for compensation up to full payment of the rent due. If the stay is shortened, the full amount of the rental remains due, there will be no refund.
If the Lessor renounces the rental within 30 days of the beginning of the rental, he agrees to refund the down payment to the Lessee. If the Lessor renounces the rental within 8 days of the beginning of the rental, he agrees to refund the double amount of the deposit to the Lessee.
INSURANCE: The lessee is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be covered by a holiday insurance contract for rental risks (theft, fire, water damage)
