Schöne Villa in bester Lage!

Es ist ein schöne Villa in bester Lage! Wir sind mit insgesamt 10 Personen da gewesen. Die Außenanlage der Villa ist schön mit einem schönen großen Pool. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet aber leider nicht genügend Töpfe oder Pfannen zum kochen da für 10 Personen. Nach dem wir aber der Vermieterin geschrieben hatten brachte sie uns einen größeren Topf. Manche Schränke sind überfüllt mit abgelaufenen Gewürzen und andere Lebensmittel. Das müsste mal durch geschaut werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Nur die Toilette bei der Waschmaschine ist sehr eng. Die Strände sind schnell zu erreichen und zur Bäckerei ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und zwei super schöne Urlaubswochen da verbracht.

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Villa und deren Lage sind wunderschön. Allerdings haben wir Teile der Ausstattung beschädigt bzw reparaturbedürftig vorgefunden. Z.B. der Hängestuhl auf der oberen Terrasse, Liegestuhl unten, Küchenstuhl usw. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, jedoch sind Schränke bereits überfüllt mit Lebensmittel (Öl, Gewürze, Mehl, teilweise abgelaufen) vorheriger Gäste. Auch der Schuppen mit der erwähnten Angel- und Surf Ausrüstung ist kaum begehbar und die Sportgeräte sind in desolatem Zustand. Der Pool ist super schön und warm, die Gegenstromanlage hatten wir uns sportlicher vorgestellt. Die Einrichtung bzw. Ausstattung des Hauses sollte einmal vom Verwalter gründlich durchgecheckt werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und eine super Urlaubswoche verbracht.

A fabulous holiday

I stayed in the villa for 10 nights with 2 families of 4. It was a perfect size for us and the kids really enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. We ate in most nights and found the kitchen to be amazingly well equipped. Beatrice came half way through our stay to replace the BBQ which we made good use of. The local area is beautiful with many beaches in walking distance. We particularly enjoyed going to the beach in the evening to watch the sunset. When we returned, as it got dark we were often treated to a bat show which the kids (and adults) loved! Then we all made use of the blankets and stayed out to watch the stars. The garden is spacious and the pool was a perfect size and depth for our 4 children. A couple of negatives.....the pool area did have a few loose paving stones which caused a minor hazard and the decking area did have a rather tired look. The toilets broke regularly (flush problems) which we managed to fix ourselves (Beatrice did offer to come but we fixed it in the meantime). The smell from the drains, especially in one bedroom, became quite disgusting in the last few days. I would say that Beatrice was very responsive to any problems that we had. Overall, a fantastic time was had by all.

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern ca. 10 schöne Tage in dem Objekt verbracht. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Zustand bzw. die Ausstattung hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle besser sein können. Die Haustür lies sich nicht richtig schließen. Nachdem wir das kommuniziert hatten, wurde aber zügig das Schloss ausgetauscht. Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht richtig abdunkeln. Es gibt weitestgehend keine Rollläden, sondern nur Vorhänge. Mich persönlich stört das nicht, aber mit kleinen Kindern kann es ggf. stören. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Strände, Supermärkte und auch einen schönen Park mit zwei Spielplätzen. Zusätzlich gibt es weitere Ausflugsziele wie zb das “Oceanopolis” in Brest (ca 30min Fahrt) oder einen Freizeitpark “La Récré des 3 Curés” (ca. 20 min Fahrt). Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und wir sind zufrieden mit der Wahl der Unterkunft. Durch ein paar gezielte kleinere Anschaffungen/ Investitionen könnte der Aufenthalt meines Erachtens noch schöner gestaltet werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber auch so weiterempfehlen.

Slechte ervaring

De woning was zeer vuil en in slechte staat. De voorziene verduistering is op vele plaatsen stuk. Er hing een penetrante geur in bad- en slaapkamers. Matrassen zijn vol bruine plekken en volledig doorgezakt. We contacteerden de eigenaar 3x maar kregen geen gehoor. Nautic centrum is niet open in 't WE en stelt weinig voor. Een prima bakker met heerlijk brood en vriendelijke mensen op wandelafstand.
