A few meters from the villa there is the Parque Nacional de la Albufera (National Park of the Albufera), ideal for going for a walk or by bike and observing the Mediterranian flora and fauna. In addition, next to the house, you will find a bus stop (from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort).
