Villa Oceanna is a holiday villa, located 500 meters from the beach and is walking distance to restaurants and amenities. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children, couples or a group of friends. The two-storey 210 sq. m villa is tastefully decorated with minimum style and it can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 guests if necessary. Designed and furnished with high quality throughout with a lovely garden of trees and herbs, the villa offers harmonious environment with modern amenities. Take advantage of the perfect location from which you can find anything you might need in a walking distance away and at the same time enjoy the quietness of the neighbourhood surrounded by olive groves! Villa Oceanna aspires to offer much more than a comfortable and luxurious residency for your holidays. It aspires to offer a unique experience you will not forget and will definitely want to pursue again.

Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a cozy corner sofa, open fireplace, a satellite 55 smart TV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality fixtures and appliances and also features an adjacent indoor dining area for 8. The space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows for added light and views to the olive trees, also providing access to the pool and garden area. Next to the kitchen, there is a storage room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Additionally there are three bedrooms on this level all which have direct access to the outdoor area, individually controlled air conditioning and closet space.
Bedroom 1: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
Bedroom 2: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
A family bathroom with shower is also found next to these bedrooms.
Bedroom 3: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, direct access to the herb garden with outdoor poofs.

First Floor
A staircase in the living room leads you up to the first floor where you will find the two remaining master bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), in-bedroom washing basin, coffee machine, small fridge, open closet, safe and private balcony with seating area and sea view
Bedroom 5: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), en-suite bathroom with in-bedroom bathtub and wonderful sea views.
Furthermore, an abs bench, free weights and a multifunctional exercise machine are also available on the first floor, so you can stay in shape during your holiday, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.

Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A private 50 sq. m. heated swimming pool. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one weeks advance notice.The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
- A variety of furnished spots (with bean bag chairs and sofas) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Cosy outdoor lounge with a fire pit.
- Swing and slide for young children on the lawn.
- Gas barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area.
- Organic vegetable and herb gardens (the garden produce is at your disposal).

- The Villa is fully fenced and has a private gated entrance, as well as parking space for several cars.

OVERALL EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do we start, this Villa was beautiful. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and beach all in walking distance. We found that we didn’t leave the villa that much as it was so lovely. The owner is so accommodating, we had fresh pastries on arrival and departure, as well as a plate of home made fries whilst we were doing a bbq one evening. All rooms were lovely and spacious. Plenty of pool towels for outdoor so you don’t really need to bring your own. Restaurant we loved was The White Lady.. they have themed nights so go and see what’s on in there, we went to the Greek and Karaoke night which both adults and children loved. The cleaning was 10/10 who is a lovely lady. The staff at etouri are Excellent! We had a situation out there which the staff have helped throughout even after our departure from the villa. We can not thank them enough, especially Lliana and Dianne your continued support means the world to us, you have gone over and above, thankyou! All in all perfect and if you are staying at this Villa you will not be disappointed. Thankyou again.

stay at Villa Oceanna

The property is beautifully presented and has lovely outside area for relaxing and eating. Any issues and problems were promptly dealt with by the owner. i would point out that this property is not child friendly. whilst this did not affect us, it is worth noting for future guests. since there is a childrens' 'play area' . the modern 'open' staircase woud be a hazard, and the pool woud present some anxieties for families with young children.

Outstanding week in Crete

It is a beautiful and very large villa well situated for walking to the beach and local taverna's and shops. The pool was very welcome (even in April), and the other facilities e.g. Barbeque, sun beds, fire pit seating etc. were great! The manager (Pantelis) was brilliant in helping out with local recommendations and quickly resolving any issues, and the comunication was fast and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily spend more time there.

Well equipped villa. Attentive, friendly host.

Well equipped villa in safe area. Attentive and friendly host. Good parking.Cleaning during stay was excellent. Minor things such as some loudspeakers did not work, loose toilet seats. On the whole we had a great stay.
