Penthouse of 95 m2 (+ 50 m2 terrace) in an exclusive apartment complex right next to the beach. Award-winning garden with exotic plants, streams, fountains and two large pools and two children's pools for the youngest children. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms with six beds, two bathrooms, private roof terrace and extra balcony off one of the bedrooms. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains, and can also see the nice garden and a glimpse of the sea. There is a large dinner table + gas barbecue on the terrace and since 2018 also a relax sofa etc. The apartment is just 200 meters from one of Marbella's best and most child-friendly beaches. Several restaurants, a gym and an exclusive spa in the local area and 500m to the nearest supermarket. Close to golf and tennis clubs, 10 km to Marbella and 12 km to Puerto Banus. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable vacation: a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, barbecue, mobile wifi. For families with children there is also a cot and a stroller. Sheets and towels are included. Anyone who wishes can also be picked up at the airport by our property manager who otherwise meets up at the place and makes a short introduction to the apartment.

Whatever your age, no matter how diverse your interests, this beautiful urbanization located between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol provides every possible opportunity for you to find the perfect accommodation and enjoy a fabulous holiday experience.

Elviria has long been a popular holiday resort and is home to the five-star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club. The internationally renowned Santa Maria Golf & Country Club is also located here; a challenging 18 hole golf course.

The village itself has a genuine heart, complete with town hall, post office, schools, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.

Elviria is home to many superior quality developments and urbanizations, most of which offer an elevated position overlooking the sea. It is a well suited location for families and has become increasingly popular for second homes for many foreign visitors.

Located on the coast around 10km east of Marbella and a 45 minute journey from Malaga's International airport, which serves most major European destinations.

Places to visit
The neighboring urbanization of Cabopino, with its charming port and beaches is just five minutes drive and is also home to Cabopino Golf and a further five minutes, direction Fuengirola, you come to the very British area of Calahonda, with its host of facilities to shop and yours.

The beautiful town of Marbella is just a 10 minute drive away, wander around the charming Old Town of Marbella and enjoy a drink in the Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), the town has superb dining choices. Glitzy Puerto Banús with its luxury yachts and stylish boutiques is just past Marbella. The large shopping center of La Cañada is located just outside of Marbella and offers over 200 stores, including a Marks and Spencer and Habitat!

To the east of Elviria, is the old coastal town of Fuengirola, which in recent years has become a hub for foreign visitors and residents. Fuengirola is a diverse town, which suits many tastes. There is a large foreign occupation in the town, evident in the diversity of its shops and restaurants. However, dig deeper and you will find what is essentially an old Spanish coastal town, with some excellent tapas bars and delightful Spanish traditional restaurants.

Beaches
Elviria like most of the urbanizations that run along the coastal road is divided into two - beachside and mountainside. Golden sandy beaches stretch right the way from Fuengirola to Marbella and beyond and Elviria is no exception. There are some great facilities on the beach, including dining and water sports.

The famous Nikki Beach Club is located on the beach by the Don Carlos hotel and is for those who wish to sunbathe in style, accompanied by DJs and day and night partying.

Natural surroundings
From the village center the land rises gently, past the Santa Maria Golf Course and up to area known as La Mairena, a beautiful biosphere environment, with probably some of the best views on offer on the coast. From here you can see the Sierra Nevada and Africa. Within minutes you can be rambling through beautiful natural landscape.

Eating out
Although a small urbanization, Elviria is packed with restaurants and bars, including tapas and Spanish 'menu del día' options, pizza, Chinese and British options, as well as some first class dining venues including El Lago Restaurant, Nikki Beach and Da Bruno's Italian in nearby Cabopino.

Climate
Elviria enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer.

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, vom Grill bis über Kinderspielzeug und Stühle für den Strand ist alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist wahrscheinlich schon etwas älter aber wirklich top gepflegt. Die Poolareas sind wirklich sauber und wer gerne Pflanzen mag, kann sich in dem schön angelegten Garten vieles anschauen. Der Ort ist wirklich toll gelegen, so dass man viel unternehmen kann. Empfehlenswert ist auf jeden Fall Gibraltar. Besitzer und Verwalter sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Einchecken hat reibungslos geklappt. Klare Empfehlung

GREAT LOCATION, GREAY PLACE, GREAT TIME
The apartment is perfectly located in a beatiful property, filled with gardens and pools, across the road from the beach. That very beach is a bit rocky, but a 100 yards to the left, after the beqch bar Lido Beach, rocks are gone and the beach is great. A few more yards and you cand find a couple of great beach restaurants, Perla Blanca and El Laurel. Onlu xaveat, no place to walk around the prperty; you either walk on the beach or drive to dowtowm Marbella Overall, a great vacation in a great place. Will be back!

Uns hat der Urlaub super gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und für sechs Personen ausreichend. Der Strand ist in direkter Nähe und der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Im Umfeld ist es sehr ruhig. Man ist schon auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen um ins Einkaufscenter oder an eine Strandpromenade zu kommen. Aber dort wird dann viel geboten. Auch für kleinere Kinder.

Happy with the location.
We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, walking distance to both beach and nice restaurants. Loved the courtyard as well, with two nice pools and a lot of flowers and plants. The roof top of the apartment was where we spent most of the time, and it had a wonderful view. We would love to go back there again.

We are a family of four who bought this property to spend some quality time in togheter with friends and family. As we live in Stockholm, Sweden we need some nice weather during our vacation, and what could be better than to spend a few weeks at the Costa del Sol.

We bought this property in the spring of 2016 after visiting some friends in the Marbella area and we realised that we wanted our own apartment here.
After looking at many different apartments in Marbella, Nuevo Andalucia, Puerto Banus, Calahonda, Estepona etc, this apartement was without any doubts the best we seen. Located in Golden Beach, one of the most desirable residential areas of Costa del Sol, the complex provides a typical Andalucian village. It's wonderful tropical gardens with fountains, waterfalls, pergolas and 4 beautiful swimingpools has been awarded with several design prices.
The fantastic garden and the proximity to the lovely beach was really what we looked for. The water is very shallow and great for the kids to play in.

The apartment is located in a beach front property by one of the best beaches of Costa del Sol. As it is a penthouse on the 4th floor, you can enjoy the privacy of a roof terrace with a great view over the garden, the montains and the pool area.

The area is perfect if you like to play golf with many golf Courses nearby, for example Marbella Golf & Country Club and Santa Clara Golf. Just a few minutes away, you also have the Royal Tennis Club in Marbella. If you like running or walking, you have miles of beach to run at as well as Beautiful trails in the Mountains nearby.

At the beach club, Estrella del Mar, which is located just 200 meters awy you can enjoy a fantastic spa and massage experience at the beach and also enjoy great food.

The World famous Nikki Beach Club is situated on walking distance from our apartment.
