Holiday House Vespucci3 takes its name from the street. It is about 30 square meters and has been recently renovated. One of the strengths of this condo is the extraordinary centrality to tourist attractions, bars and restaurants of this particular sea of ​​Sperlonga area. The address is Via A. Vespucci, n. 100. The Lido Belvedere beach club included in the price of the house is about 200 meters. At all hours of your days at sea, there are always n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds.
Entering the house we are in a very pleasant setting in decor with high quality finishes in a marine theme. On the left is the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen and the table placed in front of. Each tool is available in the kitchen with utensils, plates and glasses, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Then we find the bathroom with shower and then setting with king size bed, wardrobe and accessories. Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach resort which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in the Corner of Angolo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around 1 April to 31 October.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests.
