The property is immersed in the countryside covered with olive groves, forests and vineyards. This area is located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and from here you can arrange trips and outings to both regions. You can quickly reach Lake Trasimeno, as well as the cities of Perugia and Assisi. The Etruscan town of Chiusi is little more distant and nearby is the town of Terme di Chianciano (spas).
