The House of Beppe and Lia is located 800 metrs from the village of Procchio and less than two hundred meters from its beach and from that one of Spartaia: it is on a spit of rock that divides the two gulfs. The white sandy beaches gradually descend into the depths of the water, making them ideal for children and for those who have no experience with the sea. For those who are rather fond of the rocks, at the ends of the two beaches there are comfortable rocks that allow diving but also a smooth entry into the sea. The rocky and sandy bottoms offer a unique opportunity to diving enthusiasts.
The apartment 'consists of two bedrooms, one twin and one double bed, a small bathroom (small, but fully equipped with: toilet, sink, bidet, small bath with shower, window.), A living room with kitchenette with sofa bed and a spacious terrace overlooking the two gulfs ideal setting for breakfast and meals. It is 'on the first floor of a two-family house and to access it you need to make a dozen steps (it is not suitable for the handicapped). Is not equipped with a dishwasher, and washing machine is not inside the apartment but in a bathroom attached to the apartment below. Parking is under the apartment.
The house was the artist Beppe Lieto and his wife Lia Pottjewyd, Dutch physician of the village of Procchio. Originally (up to 60 years ago) was a barn for donkeys they have slowly expanded and modified. All the furniture were gifts from friends and acquaintances and the set is not always smooth but certainly original. From every window you can see the sea.
