Work Vacation
I spent the month of March is this fabulous unit, as a work vacation. I would sit at the dining room table looking out at the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The facilities in the apartment are first rate, very clean. The local property manager Rosa is amazing and very easy to reach should you require any assistance. The location is amazing, a wonderful walk along the boardwalk to the town. Great restaurants near by and the facilities in the unit are certainly conducive to cooking a great meal. The weather was a little cool and rainy when I was there, but there is unit is so well laid out and lots of places to get off on your own (3 terraces), should you just want to read or enjoy the view. A car would be helpful, however, it is easy to get around by taxi. The taxis arrive in under 5 minutes after calling. I would highly recommend this property whether it is for a work vacation or just a vacation. Lots of wonderful day trips that are easily accessible. The owner is wonderful and obviously has great pride in her property. 5 star rating!!!!!

Matilde The Magnificent !
Matilde saved not only the day but our entire trip to Spain by responding promptly, late in the day, to our request as our booked property was beyond awful in terms of cleanliness and basic hygiene. All was arranged within a couple hours and we were able to shift properties and check in smoothly. We were met by Matildes brother who couldnt have been more awesome and helpful and managed to even sort out a baby cot for us. We were also met for keys and check in by the housekeeper who was fantastic. The property is stunning and everything was just perfect! We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we next return! Thank you ever so much!!

Resort living
This property offered all that it promised! Any questions we had were quickly addressed by propert manager. We have 4 young adult children that accompanied us. They loved the rooftop pool/decks and walkable gym and restaurant. My husband and I loved the modernized bed and bathroom and the Nespresso coffee pods. It was very much like resort living. We walked to the grocery store and stocked up for breakfast, coffee pods and snacks. The restaurant was great for dinner! It was a great convenience to have a washing machine and things dried very quickly as the washer was off the kitchen in a private covered outdoor area. The only complaint was that the twin bed mattresses were VERY hard. Otherwise, we would gladly return and highly recommend.

Winter Break
The process was simple and straightforward, the owner went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Very close to shops and amenities. Lovely views .

Wonderful stay
From the time we checked in it was an amazing penthouse . It had everything that we needed for our stay, nice and quiet building with a seaside walking trail to downtown. I would definitely recommend this property.

Acquiring a property in Spain, has been my dream since I left Spain, I never thought I will be the proud owner of this beautiful luxurious and exquisite piece of Real Estate. I love Spain and this make me feel close to my family, still living in Marbella, and my roots.

Just before entering the apartment the view is so magnificent that you will want to pause and catch your breath. The gardens, flowers, trees and neatness of the surroundings will erase any stress you might come with. The upper terrace will give 'YOUR SPACE' AWAY FROM EVERYONE ELSE. Very hard to find in any other apartment. I'm sure your vacations will be the best ones ever and you will be dreaming about coming back as soon as possible.
