No washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available on each of the 3 levels. The cost is approximately $1.75 per load and only takes debit or credit cards. There is covered and outside parking areas so parking should never be a problem. Parking is 50.00 per car - limit 2. There is a large common area with built in grills at your disposal. Pool has chairs for sunning. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during summer season.
