A lovely family villa, one hour and fifteen minutes from San Salvador, that sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in El Salvador, Metalio. You will literally be just a couple of steps from the Pacific Ocean.
This well established and private gated house is located on more than one acre of land with coconut palms that shade the entire property, and has a large grass lawn and a soccer field for children to play, We also have a sea turtle hatchery program that runs from August to December.
The house is very comfortable, incorporating four rooms and a full kitchen, as well as a bedroom for service personnel. The master bedroom has a bunk bed and a queen size bed, flat screen tv, dvd, a/c, and a full bathroom. The second and third room, each have a bunk bed, two twin beds, a/c, and share a full bathroom. The fourth room has a queen bed, a bunk bed, flat screen tv, dvd, a/c, and a full bathroom. There is a very comfortable open living room and a large dining table in the main area.
There is a pleasant pool and raised deck just a few meters from the house. The pool is filled with fresh water daily (no chemicals or chlorine) and has a very pleasant temperature year round. The deck is raised about 1.5 meters from ground level, ideal for enjoying a couple of drinks with friends and appreciating breathtaking views of the ocean and the nearby port of Acajutla during the sunset.
The town of Metalio is only two miles away and has several small stores where you can purchase groceries, vegetables, fruits, etc... A young man, Coki, takes care of the house and can help you with any of your needs.
Fishing is great around Metalio, and we will be glad to help you set up a fishing trip. Near shore fishing is great for Spanish mackerel, wahoo, amberjack, rooster fish. Deep sea fishing is great for mahi mahi, sailfish, tuna, etc…
