Great space in an open floor plan. Large Great Room with tiled floors and 50 inch smart TV with Premier Cable Service Lineup as well as a Sound Bar. Leather sleeper sofa and 2 Leather Recliners. Office/Desk area provides charging station for phones and electronics.

Dining area has large table with 2 extra leaves seating 6 -10. There are 4 padded counter height stools at the kitchen peninsula.

Great 33 ft. wood deck with dining furniture and chaise lounges. The location is serene and quiet. Take a nap in the hammock while listening to the trees rustling. Great viewing area for birds, deer and nature. Not located on a road but tucked back overlooking the expansive nature views. Note that many Queens Grant Villa Rentals have no views and only small enclosed yards.

We have provided beach chairs, umbrella, carry beach bags, and small cooler for your use. Just bring your beach towels! Easy close parking to villa. There is one of four pools just around the corner from our Villa.

All the fine amenities of Palmetto Dunes are just a short walk or bike ride away. 8 - 10 minute walk to 12 miles of beautiful beaches. Call the fabulous Complimentary Dune Buggy Service from April 1st thru Labor Day will ferry your family and gear to and from the beach! The Dune Buggy will take you anywhere in the Resort including Shelter Cove, so park your car and take the Free Dune Buggy in season!

Shelter Cove Town Center offers great Waterfront shopping, restaurants, entertainment and events. Every Tuesday night in Summer there are great Fireworks mid June thru August. There is also a very convenient Kroger, Whole Foods and Liquor Store there.
