Villa Sterlizia is a big and elegant villa, with large and well-kept outdoor spaces. The accommodation is surrounded by 1000 mq of green spaces. In the back area of the villa, there are oranges, mandarins, lemons, olive and fruits trees (plums, figs, prickly pears and pomegranates). In the frontside of the villa you can enjoy the view of the garden, with palm trees, sterlizie, geraniums, colorful flowers and wonderful hedges of laurel, pittosporum and flowery hibiscus.
Villa Sterlizia has two floors. On the first floor the hosts spend their summer holidays and on the ground floor the guests will stay during their holidays. However the two apartments are absolutely and totally independent.
The ground floor apartment, about 150 square meters, has 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The large garden view veranda, equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals, will give you the opportunity to enjoy the silence and the chirping of the birds, relax yourselves and recharge your batteries.
The strength points of this house are: private free parking, inside the villa and in front of the accommodation; very small distance from the sea; the large size of the apartment and the strategic position it enjoys, next to the most famous historical cities (Noto, Syracuse, Ortigia, Taormina, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo) and 2 km from the city-center.
HOME RULES:
•On arrival it is required a security deposit (100€) which will be given you back during your check-out, after the check of the apartments and any potential damage.
•The keys will be given to the guests after the full payment balance.
•Order, respect and care of our accommodation is what we ask for and we are sure to receive from our guests. It is required a respectful use of both internal and common spaces. The guests are responsible for order, tidy and cleanliness of the accomodation. As a holiday home, the guests have to clean and tidy the apartment/s during the stay and take away the garbage from the apartment.
•No smoking at home.
•It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
•Check-in and check-out with the host.
•Initial and final cleaning service included in the rental price.
•Bed and bath linen provided.
•No changing linen during your stay. It can be requested by guests as extra service.
•No daily housekeeping service. If you want an extra cleaning, it can be requested as extra service. For more than one week stay it is suggested a extra cleaning and linen change to rearrange the accommodation.
•Villa Sterlizia is a holiday home, so BREAKFAST OR OTHER MEALS ARE NOT SERVED.
•Energy balance calculated at the end of the stay (one energy-counter for each apartment).
