Ein Ort mit Charakter

Das Haus ist so belassen, wie früher darin gelebt wurde: geschmackvoll und mit Charakter eingerichtet. Wir haben uns darin auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Was tagtäglich benützt wird – Geschirr, Besteck, ... – ist blitzblank sauber. Was seltener benützt wird, leider nicht. Schmierige Ablagen, klebrige Küchengeräte. Und wer will schon einen Grill benützen, wenn der zuerst von den Überresten von Generationen gereinigt werden muss? Gewürze, Olivenöl etc. wären theoretisch von den Vormietern noch da – praktisch sind es eher die leeren Verpackungen, die noch in den Schränken stehen. Kurz: Wenn das charaktervolle Haus wieder etwas mehr Pflege und Liebe bekommt, hat es auch die fünf Sterne verdient. Wichtig: Die umwerfende Aussicht vom Balkon wird jetzt durch eine – schattenspendende – Pergola zerteilt und behindert. Das "Titelfoto" der Ausschreibung ist also nicht mehr aktuell.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison typique jouissant d'une superbe vue sur le Lac de Côme

Maison bien équipée et agréable, située sur les hauteurs du bourg de Nesso (très escarpé, on finit les vacances avec de bons mollets!). Terrasse très appréciée, ajouter quelques transats permettraient d'en profiter encore plus. Attention stationnement à quelques centaines de mètres de la maison (très peu de places de parking dans les villages du bord du lac).

un sueño

Hermoso lugar, la casa tiene vistas preciosas desde cada habitación. Mis hijos quedaron encnantados con ella. Tuvimos todas las cosas que necesitamos para unas vacaciones inolvidables/ Los propietarios como la personas a cargo lo mejor. Mis familia ya quiere volver al mismo lugar y Seguro volveremos!! Saludos

Wonderful base for exploring Lake Como

We enjoyed our stay in Nesso very much. The house has a wonderful feel about it and is very attractive (fun to experience living in place with so much character) - wonderfully shabby chic. we enjoyed the open plan kitchen/eating area so someone could be cooking while the other longed on the sofa in the eating area. The view from the deck was lovely and the deck space is large and very private. Also, as it was warm out, we appreciated that it is shaded most of the day so we could sit outside in comfort. We also liked that the house is in a quiet setting and the thick walls kept it cool inside - so after been out and about, it was nice to return to the cool, quiet setting of the house. Although one can take a ferry from Nesso, it is a longish hike up/down the hill to get to the ferry. Having a car was helpful and we appreciated the private parking space provided although were glad we only had a small car (it would be tough to get a larger car through the narrow street to get to the parking). With a car we were able to drive to Bellagio and from there walk on the more frequent ferries to the towns in the middle part of Lake Como. We enjoyed renting ebikes from Bike it! Belagio and touring around that was also.

Ein sehr besonderer Ort

Die Tage in Nesso und in dem wunderschönen Haus in der Via Onzanigo waren wunderbar. Marinas Haus bietet mit seinen diversen Zimmern, der großen Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf See und Berge, den Austritten in den Garten, der aus verschiedenen Ebenen und Winkeln besteht, auch 4 Personen immer wieder Rückzugsorte. Küche , Waschmaschine, Dusche, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mira, die Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert, ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle. Nesso ist ein Ort, der kein Fitnessstudio braucht - nach der täglichen Bewältigung der Stufen hoch und runter, sind wir fitter den je:-) Ein großes Dankeschön an Mira und auch Marina, für ihr Herzlichkeit und Hilfe!
