Located in Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. A spacious patio area with large windows and doors allows natural light to abound through the open floor plan. The primary bedroom features a King i8 Sleep Number bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bath with shower/tub combination. Stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen with seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen amenities also include a standard coffee maker & a Keurig. The dining area has additional seating for six.

From the patio, sit and enjoy expansive views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands and relaxing sounds of the coastline while you adjust to ‘beach-time’. When you’re ready to sink your toes into the white sandy beaches, and your new beach book, make the convenient walk down to the beach for an afternoon – or an entire day – of reading and relaxing.

All you could ask for to make your vacation memorable and relaxing is right under the same roof! Amenities include a full-scale fitness facility, golf course, heated community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. There is even a beachside grill for those days when you just can’t get out of that beach chair.

Situated in the center of everything great about Destin, you are minutes away from spectacular food, famous brand and outlet shopping, world-renowned golf and so much fun! Nearby shopping includes Grand Boulevard, The Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, and dozens of great local shops in between. Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and easy access to the beach.

Listing was not accurate

I’ll start by saying the property is fine, we had a nice stay. It was clean and everything worked fine. That being said, I was highly disappointed that the listing turned out to be inaccurate on a couple of things that I felt were important. The listing said there was a Sleep Number i8 bed and the pool was heated. When we got there, there was no Sleep Number bed. I emailed them and they responded promptly and said “ The bed has been replaced. We apologize the listing was not updated.” We walked down and felt the indoor “heated” pool and it was not warm, a Majestic Sun employee was in the pool area and we asked and he said they only turn the heat on starting in November. The “heated” pool was the primary reason we stayed at Majestic Sun since it was mid-October. I emailed them and at first they told me the indoor pool was in fact heated year round. I pushed back again and they responded saying “That should have read: Indoor pool is heated seasonally.” So anyway, hopefully they update the listing to be accurate moving forward. They made no effort to make anything right, just said they apologized the listing is not correct, but didn’t seem to care otherwise. If the listing had been accurate, I would have chosen another property, so just be aware there is no sleep number bed and the pool is only seasonally heated. Finally, they did state in the check-in instructions that we could not check-in until 4PM, so that was at least accurate. However, we arrived about 30 minutes early and tried to get into the condo at 3:30PM as the bedroom window was open and we could see it was already clean and ready. Typically in every other condo I’ve ever stayed in they let you in if it is clean. I guess the door lock on this unit is wifi controlled and it would not open until exactly 4PM. Others we travelled with were able to get in their condo as soon as it was ready and did not have to sit around and wait until exactly 4PM for the lock to open. It would be nice if they’d start programming the lock to open when the unit is ready. We stood outside for 30 minutes for no reason, so that was also an annoyance. The weather was great, we had a good time, so just be aware of these things before you book if they haven’t updated the listing.

Great Location in Destin!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our summer family vacation. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and activities. I was concerned about having to walk across the street to get to ocean, but we actually felt closer to the ocean and beach than we have in years past. The process of getting beach chairs & umbrellas was super easy. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had a little sand on the floor on arrival but overall the condo was very clean and well kept.
