Família apartamento com quarto de casal king size, duas camas de solteiro e um grande sofá-cama na sala. O apartamento é de 3 andares para que haja privacidade e tranquilidade para todos.
Sky Tv com 300 canais, acesso sem fio para internet e muito quente no inverno.
Muito perto de todas centro de Londres, a 4 minutos a pé da estação de Metro Kennington. excelente para caminhar ao longo do rio Tamisa. 15 minutos a pé formar Big Ben.
Bons pubs Englaish. restaurantes baratos e Borough mercado de alimentos orgânicos e um mercado de antiguidades está próximo.

My daughter and I stayed for a week visit in London and had a fantastic time. The flat was very well-maintained and very clean, it met all of our needs. It was so nice to have a small market just around the corner, and easy to access kennington underground station which took us everywhere we wanted to go. Matthew was very helpful as we prepared to visit and quickly responded to several questions we had during our stay. We would most definitely return and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
Matthew's apartment was fantastic. It comfortably fit myself and two friends. The apartment was in a great location, situated not too far from a subway station. The apartment has all the amenties we hoped for and communicating with the host was very easy.
I can only hope this apartment is available for my next visit to this wonderful City...the property itself deserves 5 stars in every aspect, but the owner's attentiveness and the awesome and discreet customer care he provided, is what made my stay unique...Thank you. Sandra B ( NYC )

We have just returned from a 6 day holiday in this apartment. It has magnificent value for money being in central london cuts travelling costs drastically.

Pros: The space was clean and as advertised. The space is well located near Elephant and Castle and well within walking distance to the Kennington station. No more than 5 people should stay in this space, as the kitchen and common space will get tight. We had five and a baby in our party, we spent most of our day time touring, we cooked in the evening, and we never felt the need to have a bigger space. But it was close.
Cons: The environment surrounding the apartment space can be difficult. The intersection of Kennington Park Road and Kennington Lane is busy on workdays and currently there's construction work across Kennington Lane. Matthew has done an excellent job limiting the issue by installing double-pane windows in the bedrooms. This is a five star location if not for one issue. On the final night of our stay, the sushi restaurant that occupies the basement of the apartment decided to stain/paint their hardwood floors. The strong toxic fumes rose into the living space where we five (and a baby) started to fear that we would not wake up should we fall asleep. We turned on all the provided fans and slept with the windows open on a cool March evening and dealt with the sound of the Saturday night traffic and nightlife. I assume Matthew rents to the sushi restaurant downstairs. If so, the timing of this type of routine maintenance needs to be better managed and communicated.
